What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a healthcare model focusing on the physician-patient relationship. It is a concierge-style of medicine that does not bill insurance or have hidden fees. For a low monthly membership fee, patients have easy, direct and quality access to Missy whenever they need it.
Patients may continue to use insurance for labs, X-rays, Emergency Room visits, Urgent Care visits and/or appointments with specialists. Unlike the insurance model that limits the visit time and restricts the number of concerns that can be discussed in one visit, the DPC model allows the provider and patient as much time as needed to discuss all issues of concern. Direct Primary Care is a much more personalized approach to medicine!
Wellness Membership: Functional & Anti-Aging Maintenance Plan
The nature of functional and root cause medicine is not a “one-and-done” process—it requires ongoing attention, adjustments, and partnership. This membership is designed for just that, allowing us to dive deeper into your health!

Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with 24 hours' notice. Patients must
pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee for cancellations made with less than 24
hours’ notice and for missed sessions. Special circumstances in which the cancellation fee may
be waived include emergency situations such as funerals, hospitalizations, medical emergencies,
major illnesses, and travel difficulties during inclement weather.

CONCIERGE MEMBERSHIP
The Concierge Primary Care Program is a 1 year commitment and the Wellness Membership is a 6 month commitment. There are not refunds once committed to services and signed up with Hint. I do not accept health insurance, but imaging, screenings, referrals, and labs can be run through insurance. See additional details above.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS
Full payment is expected at each session or monthly or annually for memberships, unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for payment even if you arrive late. I do not accept health insurance.​​​​​
