PAUSE is an intimate half-day women’s wellness retreat designed to help you feel more grounded, restored, and present before stepping into the holiday season.

Spend the afternoon surrounded by women who get it while experiencing an intentional blend of modern medicine, nervous system support, restorative practices, and meaningful connection. 

Along the way, enjoy thoughtfully prepared light bites from Amelia’s, warm tea and refreshments, along with a mindfully curated gift to take home as a reminder to carry a little of the PAUSE experience with you beyond the afternoon.
