Service Description

This 1 hour visit involves a thorough intake and ordering/reviewing comprehensive labs prior to the visit. I will develop a treatment plan to implement with directions and email communication following the appointment. This is an upgrade to your health- not your average doctor's visit. The big kahuna! **Note, most patients continue to work with me through my memberships as functional medicine is not a one and done process.
